I had a decent stay here. The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby! The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, but the tiny bathroom could be a struggle. I'd come back again, though!

Clean room and great location near the lake. Keycard reader was unreliable and made getting in my room a hassle.

Had a great time with friends! Nice boat parking and friendly staff. Just a heads up, the sheets were pretty thin, so bring a blanket. Overall, this place suits a laid-back trip and was perfect for our getaway!
The shower in one of our rooms leaked, which was annoying. It didn't ruin our stay, but could be improved for future visitors.

Stopped at Lakeside Inn on my way from Atlanta to Huntsville. The lobby looked dated, which lowered my expectations, however, the outside had a decent appearance. The room I got was spacious and clean, but it had an old CRT TV that really needs an upgrade. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which annoyed me, especially since the place wasn't busy. The location was along a busy highway, so truck noise was constant. running the fan helped drown it out. The breakfast selection was underwhelming, almost non-existent. I ended up going out for food. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the atmosphere could definitely use some freshening up. I didn't mind the stay for a low price, but it could've been better with some small changes.

The room was cozy and clean, but the
service at the front desk was a bit slow during check-in. I appreciated the friendly staff and the clean amenities. However, waiting nearly 30 minutes to check in could be frustrating, especially after a long drive.

It was just a proper fit for a city escape in Guntersville with fantastic value for money. The room was clean and the king bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. For a better stay, bring your own breakfast options.
